The staff at Acapulco Bay had no problem accommodating seating for us on such short notice.
My family of 15 people called ahead only 30 minutes to let the Acapulco Bay Restaurant, on the main street of Fort Morgan, we were coming from Sterling to Denver but wanted to stop in for Dinner.
This crowd of people (my family) is not easy to satisfy, but the waitress and her Mother the "Chef/Owner" managed to do a WONDERFUL JOB!!!!!!!
All the food was hot and full of flavor. Appetizers were fresh and served fast. The demands we put onto this small town restaurant were extraordinary!! But again they had no issues keeping this crowd happy!!
I will be making it a point to schedule motorcycle rides out to Fort Morgan just to come to the Acapulco Bay Restaurant a lot in the future.
I suggest if you want a hot meal cooked and served with love, do not hesitate to stop by the Acapulco Bay Restaurant, on the main street.
By the way, did I tell you the name of this fabulous place to eat??? It's the Acapulco Bay!!!!! On the main street.

Great service and great food. And thay accommodated my large family, most places struggle to accommodate my large family. But not this place, thanks for the great service.

We had a one-hundredth birthday to celebrate with several out of town guests. They all commented about the reasonable prices. We had service that was well above the norm, Esmeralda did several things, including a dessert, no charge, that she wouldn't have had to do. All this including great food!!!!!!

Consistently awesome. I love the updated look. The breakfast burritos are still my absolute favorite. A little extra Tabasco on top, and it is just wonderful. Rarely a wait. Good service. Fairly priced. The bar looks to be pretty well-stocked, if that's your thing.
This place has been remodeled and looks great. The Mexican food here is good. They also have a bar area with T.V.s. It is for all ages and crowds.

This is by far the best Mexican I've had in Fort Morgan and I've tried them all! I had a smothered burrito and a Chile Relleno. Both were delicious!

The name makes you think this will be a Mexican restaurant, but it has a little of everything from chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes, to seafood, to Mexican cuisine! I tried the fried shrimp and was not disappointed. Shrimp were very large with a nice crispy batter. Chips and Salsa and guacamole were out of this world!
